How much do you pay?
Payouts depend on the quality of the lead submitted.
Basic Off Market Lead — $3,000
You provide the property address and the owner’s phone number.
*Premium Off Market Lead — $5,000
You provide the property address, the owner’s phone number, exterior and interior photos and you have talked with the owner and they’re expecting my call.
How do I know you’ll actually pay me?
Because my business only works if people trust me and tell others about how easily they just made money.
You will also be updated every step of the way, from me making an offer to closing date.
Every submission is logged, timestamped and tracked and if I close on the property you submitted, your payment is guaranteed.
When do I get paid?
Payments are issued within 3 business days after closing on the property.
Do I have to own the property?
No. You can submit any property — a neighbor’s house, a family member’s property, or a home you simply noticed driving down the street.
Do I need to convince the owner to sell?
Convince, no. Is it more beneficial to submit properties that you know the owner wants to sell, yes.
What if someone else submits the same property?
The payout goes to whoever submitted the property first, verified by timestamp of when the submission was received.
Do I get paid if you don’t buy the property?
No. Payments are only made when I successfully close on the property.
What areas do you buy in?
Primarily the Cincinnati and the Tri-State area.
Strong deals may be considered outside of this area.
Is there any cost to submit a deal?
No. Submitting a property is completely free.

1. Lead Submission
A lead is considered valid only when submitted through BringAdamADeal.com with complete and accurate information. Verbal submissions, text messages, or social media messages do not qualify.
2. Payment Eligibility
Payment is issued only if I successfully close on the property submitted.
Payout amounts are based on the quality of the lead provided, as outlined in the Common Questions section.
3. Payment Timing
Payments are issued within 3 business days after closing on the property and may be paid via certified funds, wire transfer, or other agreed-upon method.
4. First Submission Rule
If multiple people submit the same property, the payout is awarded to the individual who submitted the lead first, verified by timestamp through the submission system.
5. Accuracy & Good Faith
All information provided MUST be truthful and accurate.
Leads containing false ownership details, invalid phone numbers, misleading photos, or fraudulent information are not eligible for payment.6. No Obligation to Purchase
Submitting a lead does not guarantee that I will purchase the property. All buying decisions are made at my sole discretion based on property condition, price and market factors.
7. No Agency or Employment Relationship
Submitting a lead does not create an employment, partnership, agency, or brokerage relationship. This program is a referral-based opportunity only.
8. Seller Cooperation
Lead eligibility is determined by the owner’s willingness to sell at the time of initial contact.
If the owner is not interested in selling at that time, the lead will be considered inactive and removed from our database after 30 days.
Therefore, future contact INITIATED by the owner after that period can not be tracked to the original submission and does not guarantee payout.9. Program Changes
Program terms, payout amounts or requirements may be updated at any time. Any changes apply only to future submissions, not leads already under review or under contract.
